Die Stadt Bülach hat das Projekt initiiert, um die Lebensqualität und das Zusammenleben im Quartier Allmend nachhaltig zu verbessern.
Im Fokus stand dabei die aktivierende Einbindung von Bewohner:innen und lokalen Akteur:innen um die Bedürfnisse, Konflikte und Potenziale des Quartiers zu ermitteln und gemeinsam Lösungsansätze zu erarbeiten.

To gain a nuanced picture of the Allmend neighbourhood, we visited residents and building caretakers in their homes. Through personal interviews, we asked about their perceptions and use of the neighbourhood. The conversations also provided space for emotions and frustrations to be voiced — without these being directed immediately at the “opposing party.”
In collaboration with Katharina Barandun, I developed the interview guide, analysed the interviews, and wrote the report. The analysis also included formulating recommendations for the neighbourhood’s further development.
